June has been a super busy month so far. I've been working a ton which is great as it's all on the river. I've also been paddling with Kelsey Thompson while he films for his new project called "Locals Only" featuring myself and fellow L6 team member Billy Harris. I'll post more on that later. In the mean time we have paddled the Big Horn, Johnston Canyon, Red Earth, Elbow, Etherington, Pinsgton, and Blanket Creeks. Most of my best footage is going to the film but I do have some extra stuff I threw together from the past couple of weeks. I couldn't help myself and had to use Led Zepplin's Stairway to Heaven as it is the name of my favorite rapid on The Upper Pingston. It comes at the end of a 5 hour day of running class 5 and it's so nice to get to the end of that run. The video is just a small taste of what that run has to offer: 6.5 km, 5 to 7 hours and an endless number of 4 - 20 foot drops. So much great class 4 - 5 BC creeking. It doesn't get any better.
Edit: Forgot to Thank Kelsey Thompson for the photos, thanks Kelsey
