Gruuvi gritstone mitts
Big hands, big mitts. I got the XL and I think they’ll work well for me. The wrists seem very tight as they should be and with getting an XL I think I’ll have room for some nice old school Army surplus wool gloves or mitts underneath. Toasty warmness for the river.

Very good mitts
Best mitts I have tried. Keeps my hands warm and I have a good grip on the paddle.

Good, but could use an improvement
Very good quality with good materials. However the cuff is very tight which makes it hard to get on, especially in the coldest weather when you need it the most. And it also is too tight to go over the cuff of a drytop/dry suit. That allows water to shoot up the cuff when surfing. A better cuff would make this the perfect cold weather mitten. Please let me know if you can modify the design. Jonas Minton, 52 week a year whitewater boater.
Level Six
Hi Jonas, Thanks for the feedback it is greatly appreciated. We pass this information along to the deign team. Cheers,

First impression, these work
Paddle grip is excellent, not as easy as pogies to put on, and kept hands warm all day in 42 °F water. Getting used to simplified design at the wrist -as opposed is to my previous one with velcro cinching straps & a nylon tab to help pull over hand. Bottom line: these are a great option if you don't have pogies. Take care when storing (maybe use a small mesh bag) because there isn't a good way to secure them together or your equipment.
Keeps my hands warm :)
